This is my first publication at Amazon.
I felt funny writing a blogpost before I published anything. What was I going to blog? That I am trying to get a work together enough to publish it? I set the deadline to myself for Thanksgiving (November 26 in the United States this year) because Black Friday shopping starts as soon as the turkey is eaten.
The stories are erotica. Light stuff for erotica, I think, but I spent the summer writing lengthy BDSM stories. None of those are publishable yet, though maybe I need to get over myself and put them out there.
Today's small ebook was to prove to myself that I can create something good enough to put out there for the world. It was also an introduction to self-publishing for me. I created the cover myself, and perhaps it shows, but it's my very first cover. I want to get the beginner mistakes out of the way to make me more confident about finishing and publishing longer, riskier works.
